Welcome to Moonmoth & Mayhem Creations! By visiting our shop or making a purchase, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Products & Descriptions. We do our best to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and colors. Actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting. Product availability and designs may change at any time.

2. Orders & Payment. All orders must be paid for through the payment methods offered at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product availability issues. If an order is canceled after payment, any applicable refund will be issued.

3. Processing & Shipping. Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Orders are shipped via USPS. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. Tracking information will be provided when available.

4. Returns & Refunds. Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Items must meet the eligibility requirements outlined in that policy. Please contact us before returning an item. Certain custom or personalized products may have additional restrictions, as permitted by law.

5. Custom Orders. Please review all customization details carefully before placing an order. We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided names, spelling, images, or other details approved by the customer. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change; changes may not be possible once production begins.

6. Intellectual Property. All original designs, product images, branding, and written content created by Moonmoth & Mayhem Creations are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission from the appropriate rights holder.

7. Limitation of Liability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Moonmoth & Mayhem Creations is not responsible for indirect or incidental losses arising from the use of our shop or products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Privacy. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information necessary to process orders may be shared with payment processors, shipping providers, and other service providers involved in fulfilling your purchase.
